Choosing the Right Website to Advertise your Holiday Accommodation
There are a huge number of holiday accommodation websites to on which to advertise or list your holiday accommodation. Initially you might think that the more exposure your accommodation receives the better. However, the cost of joining each site and the time to maintain your accommodation advertisement.

Here are 5 things to check before advertising accommodation online:

1. Number and Quality of Enquiries
Sure a large website might send through lots of enquiries but think about the conversion rate and the time it takes you to administer the enquiries and bookings.

2. Functionality and Tools
The website should enable you to edit your advert, respond to enquiries and view reports. Advanced holiday rentals websites will provide additional features such as mapping, sms, availability calendars and practical information to help you achieve success.

3. Fees or Charges
Typically websites offer either a listing fee to advertise accommodation or a booking fee. Make sure there arent hidden surprises.

4. Online Help and Support
